Salter Brothers Capital assists Wellnex Life Limited (ASX: WNX) to complete $6.2m capital raising

Salter Brothers Capital is pleased to have assisted ASX-listed Wellnex Life Limited (ASX: WNX) in completing a $6.2m capital raising. The capital raising was completed via the issuance of new convertible notes.

Wellnex is a leading health and wellness company with a vision to create, innovate, source and deliver their products and brands to consumers in Australia and around the globe. Wellnex has established distribution networks for its products through pharmacy wholesalers, pharmacy retailers as well as large supermarket chains.

The capital raised will be used to fund several initiatives including:

Accelerate entry into the S3 designated over-the counter medicinal cannabis products market; and
Launch a health and wellness e-commerce platform that will exclusively offer a comprehensive range of newly branded health and wellness products.
This is the first capital raising that Salter Brothers Capital has completed for Wellnex as they further establish themselves as an emerging player in the health and wellness industry.
